Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped
during regular business hours (Monday –
Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM CST, excluding
holidays). Orders are typically shipped
within two (2) business days.
You will be contacted within two (2)
business days if any problems occur
during the processing or shipping of
your order.
Back Orders
Imagination Station makes every
effort to keep the availability of our
product offerings on our site up-to-date
with current information. However,
because some inventory is shared with
our store, there may be times that the
availability is not updated as quickly
as it leaves the store.
It is Imagination Station
policy to NOT back order products, but
rather remove any out-of-stock items
from your order and update your purchase
price accordingly. If this occurs, you
will be notified within two (2) business
days from when your order was placed.
Oversized Packages
Oversized packages will incur a $10.00
shipping surcharge. Oversized items are
identified in the item’s product
description.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the
Continental United States.
Other Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
